Remove Form Survey from Groups WITHOUT DELETING

I accidentally moved a survey into my company's main folder. How do I move it back to my own folder?

I do not have the option of deleting the survey because I need the QR code associated with that survey because the QR codes have already been sent out.

What are my options?
