Recover ms form

mohiniverma on the main Forms screen scroll down to the bottom and select All my forms. In the next screen scroll down to the bottom and select Recycle bin ->. In the recycle bin screen click the 3 dots at the bottom right of the form you want to restore and select Restore.

If you've deleted the form from the recycle bin itself there is no way to recover it.
