Receiving form doesn't exist error when accessing the forms

Hi,

I'm unable to open the Forms that we have been using for quite sometime. When I click on the link, it says "Sorry, something went wrong. This form doesn't exist." I'm not able to edit the form either. Attached is the error I receive when I open it.
