Anonymous responses on Office forms: is there any way to have their email or name?
That option is only available when "Only people in my organisation can respond" in the settings is enabled and "Record name" is selected. Then they have to sign in to access the form, unlike an Anonymous form, though I don't think there is a visual clue saying exactly, record name is enabled.

Robin_Manning then you will need mandatory questions asking the respondent for their name, company and email address.

RobElliott I agree with Robin_Manningand SWakonyo and others . If we are going to have to ask the respondent to complete their name and email address, where is the form field that is validated for an email address? There isn't one as far as I can see. The "restrictions" option is a joke.
Obviously if you are receiving forms from outside the business for any business process (recruitment, contract management, operational data, etc) we need to know who it came from. That's just basic compliance. And we also need respondents to attach additional documents (which apparently is only available for domain users).
365 Forms is really a toy at this stage of its development. MS needs to lift their game.

Mike Fairley I don't disagree with you but don't work for Microsoft. As a super user I just answer these questions as they come up.
