Rating Scale Flexibility
It would be very beneficial to have more than a 5 or 10 option rating scale. We very commonly use a 4 rating scale as a 5 has middle ground if a user selects a 3. If using a 4 rating scale, that cann...
It would also be nice to label these with whatever we'd like. While it's nice to choose a 1 to 5 scale and name 1 and 5, we might need a 1 to 4 scale with a specific label on 1, 2, 3, and 4. Or if we could create our own labels without tying it to a number.
