Ranking without one correct answer

I want to ask employees to rank six different factors (most to least relevant) when considering their enthusiasm for attending a certain event. But in the results tab, it's saying "0% of respondents answered this question correctly." There is no correct answer -- I just want to know their ranking of values. Is there any way to see a rank or weighted average of everyone's answers? Or should I just change this to a different type of question, polling enthusiasm level separately for each factor? Thanks!
