Questions missing when I preview form
A few of my questions are missing when I preview the form. While I am in developing mode, they show up fine. Any ideas?
Almost a decade later and this bug still exists. Reporting and bumping it up.
No branching on our form. 3 total questions. 2nd question has 2 of 12 options that when selected, do not show the 3rd question. All other 10 of 12 options show the question. Again, no branching, no conditional formatting, all questions are listed as required.
