Problem for send by email MS Form

Hello,

i have build a MS Form last week, but when i want to send it by email in collect button i have a error : oops send failed. please send again.

we have a hybrid configuration.

exchange 2016 on-premise and office 2016.

AD Connect and Microsoft basic business licences for users.

Maybe it’s not possible to use this fonction with a on-premise exchange ? If i use a test account with a exchange online, i don’t have the same problem.
