Printing option in forms

Hello,

 

I want to know how my respondents can who does not belong to my organization, print their response from a report that I send them on a monthly basis? Is this option being built in? Is there an option? If so, how can I add it? Also, why can't the option of read receipt be available to them as well?

    Sheena1775 there's no option for that in Forms, your external user doesn't have access to their response after it has been submitted. However, if you build a flow in Power Automate to save the form response into a SharePoint list then that gives you more options for sending a report with their response. This could either be manually triggered or run on a set date every month.

     

    The same flow that saves the response into the SharePoint list can also be used to send the user a confirmation email with their response and the SharePoint list ID which indicates we have received it. We do this with a lot of forms, for example our IT support ticketing system, and send back a company-branded email to the user.
