Preview
When creating a Form with 20 questions and selecting 'Preview', it's not showing all questions, seems to only show first 10 questions. Is this by design, only up to 10 questions are available in Preview?

It seems so. There is a uservoice open exactly to raise this limit and to be able to view all questions in preview mode

Has a workaround in the uservoice but this really needs to show them all.
