Prefilling data in microsoft forms

Goal: to add a link to microsoft forms to an email which would allow a user to click a rating (1-5), we want the user to click on their desired rating and then be redirected to the form. Upon form redirection the form's first question will also contain a rating out of 5 which we would like to have prefilled.

Is there any way to share data from another domain (in this case a customised email) to the form and allow the form to prefill the relevant data eg. using query string params and having these prefill form content?
