Pre populating Microsoft Forms

Hi tickedpinkies , as was discussed in the Flow group this isn't possible at the moment with Forms because there is no way to send anything other than a blank survey/form. I think, as Scott Shearer suggested, that you need to look at using a SharePoint list and sending an email via Flow based on the columns in that list. That's the way we do it (involving PowerApps as well) every 3 months to confirm IT Assets that each member of staff holds.
