Pre populating Microsoft Forms

Duplicate

  • Hi tickedpinkies , as was discussed in the Flow group this isn't possible at the moment with Forms because there is no way to send anything other than a blank survey/form. There is a uservoice request for pre-populating data at https://microsoftforms.uservoice.com/forums/386451-welcome-to-microsoft-forms-suggestion-box/suggestions/37173778-pre-populate-with-data-for-confirmation

I think, as Scott Shearer suggested, that you need to look at using a SharePoint list and sending an email via Flow based on the columns in that list. That's the way we do it (involving PowerApps as well) every 3 months to confirm IT Assets that each member of staff holds.
