Pie chart not showing for all responses

Hello,

We've noticed some inconsistencies where on some users accounts, if they create a survey, for some all responses are displayed with a pie chart and others no pie charts are displayed. Is this due to some users having newer features on 365 before others even though they're on the same tenant?
