Personalised feedback on completion of form

I am just looking at Forms and first impressions are good.
Is anyone aware of a method for asking questions, that will include branching and at the end of the form depending upon answers c...
Forms can do branching, but that's for further questions - not responses to the person filling it out.
What you're wanting is based on the questions, it will give the user some paragraphs?
If so - it can't do it out of the box. You could look at potentially using Flow with Forms so that based on the responses it sends an email.
I'm not sure if it can be done, but it's worth a look.
