Option to send a completed proforma form to selected individuals by putting in their email address?

Hi I want to create a feedback form that a tutor can go into/ onto and fill out about their student then email it to that student directly (and then fill new copies out about their other students and send it to them too. Is this possible with MS forms or any other platform? I know I could create a fillable pdf or word that could be emailed but this is more clunky and would be easier if a MS form could do this?

    LynseyY I think this is something that would need to be done with Power Apps instead of Forms. You won't be able to achieve it using Forms alone.

      Thanks RobElliott Power Apps are probably not something my organisation has access too sadly, but I have asked our IT Helpdesk so will mention this to them if they get back to me. I've never even heard of Power Apps.

        It's one of the Office 365 apps like Word, Excel. Power Automate, SharePoint etc
