"Open in Excel" is not exporting to excel

I am having an issue on our form when trying to export responses to Excel.
Every time I do, it try's to download a ".ashx" file.

You appear to be downloading an ASP.NET related file which is web page technology and not the Excel file that you are after. Something is definitely wrong.
I personally haven't had any issues with downloading my Forms feedback (see image) which has the name of the survey and date!
I would suggest closing the browser and trying again, or try to do this from a different browser.
