open documents created informs

I create a survey in microsoft via my online account. After I have made it, and test it, I press the option to open the results in excel. It has always worked correctly, but since approximately one monty, it doesn't work any more. I receive: http://example-49.com/, for example. It is a document I can't open. Before I received a .xlsx document??
