Only allow users to submit responses and NOT ALLOW edit

Hello All,

Hopefully everyone is doing great.  I created a form and sent it to my colleage for testing.  I notice that she can open up the form but it also allows her to edit the form.  Who do I create a form and when I send it out to end-users not allow them to edit the form.

VeeExcelLearn unless you give a user the share-to-collaborate link they cannot edit the form.

on forms.office.com I only have the capability to Share to Collaborate which gives me 3 options:

      1. Users with an OFFICE 365 can view and edit
      2. People in my organization can view and edit
      3. Specific people can view and edit.

The other link at the bottom is Anyone with the link can duplicate.

Where do I go to give them the link which does not allow them to edit?

Sorry I am new at this.
