Using Forms for pandemic health screening of employees/volunteers. 13 questions with branching but only first 3 are appearing in the live form (not just the preview). Not sure what I did wrong. Can ...

I suspect Question 3 may be sending you to the end of the form based on your description. Check each answer for the first 3 questions to see where you might be going wrong.
If you can't see anything, are you able to show a screen shot of your branching please?
