New option when adding a Forms tab in a Teams channel - 'create recurring survey' ??

It may have been around for a while, but I just noticed this, only in my E3 Developer tenant (I don't see it on any other tenants I have access to).

The option only appears when adding a Forms tab on a Teams channel - I don't see any way of doing it directly from Forms itself.

Is it new? Going through the wizard it seems to create a regular Form, then guide you to create a Flow based on a Microsoft published template - so it feels unfinished...
