New MS Forms format - embedded hyperlinks not working

Hi I have a form I setup a few weeks ago I need to add text to the title page it will not let me type, the title page is now in three sections before it was just Title and sub title.

I also need to add text with embedded hyperlink but the link does not work in preview.  Anyone having similar issues? 

Would appreciate any help.
