Need to get access granted to view attachment in response download

I have share access to a Form to view and edit but when I download the responses to Excel I can't access the attachments. I copy and paste the hyperlink in the browser but it is linked to the From Creator's sharepoint and I have to get individual access for each attachment which is very tedious.
