    Maybe have a chat with your admin to see if they had disabled the collaboration feature for sharing Forms?

    Sorry for the service reliability issue . Microsoft Forms team very often work on investigating this kind of issue. There is a discussion thread (Microsoft Forms - "Something went wrong" Error) to keep you updated. I am sure it will be restored soon please let me know.
