    Hi Dan, 

    I had this issue when I deleted responses, during testing, to restart a form. To resolve it:

    1. Press the ellipsis (on the right of Collect Responses) in MS Forms

    2. Scroll down until you see the Options for Responses section 

    3. Make sure the Accept Responses box is ticked (just above the Start Date box )

    4. It should now be working! 🙂
