My Excel Microsoft query is not responding

I started using Microsoft office 365 hoping everything is working fine, but the strange thing is that I cant connect to my External Database using Microsoft query. I don't know how to fix this issue, please if anyone did experience this and got a solution please share with me. My machine is running windows 10
