Multiple team survey with Forms and different managers?

Hello,

I want to use Microsoft Forms for multiple teams, having different managers.

1. How I can send 1 form to my different teams, so that each team manager can see responses?

2. Can we have a dashboard where we can see all survey responses at 1 place like average or KPI's?

Mainly, same Survey questions to be shared with all teams and consolidated results I can see at 1 single place?

Is it possible?

Amitabh540 if the questions are the same for each team then send out the survey to everyone but have one of the questions as "what is your team" so that later you can filter the responses by team. Then give the managers the Share to Collaborate link (click the Share button and it's at the bottom). That will allow the managers to see the responses - but they will be able to see all the responses, there is no way to limit it to just their staff. For the dashboard you will need to download the spreadsheet of responses and produce the dashboard in Power BI or Excel.

If you don't want managers to see the responses from staff in other teams then you will need to send out separate forms to each team. Then you will need a flow in Power Automate for each form to save it to a single SharePoint list. You will then be able to export the responses from SharePoint to Excel and do the dashboard in Excel or Power Bi.

    Amitabh540-

Create the Form from within Excel Online and share that (dynamic) file with your managers. Create your own dashboard in Excel.

If you create the form in Forms you will get a static file you will need to manually download or you could create a Power Automate trigger on submit to write to Excel/SharePoint/Etc.
