Multiple respondents in one form, or adding comments to a form to approve it

Hi

I am interested in using Microsoft Forms within education to capture assessment evidence (such as a student beautician completing a Microsoft Form with a guest/client to indicate the consultation process.)  Whilst I have been able to set this up beautifully, would it then be possible for a second user (such as the assessor or teacher) to comment on the same form to provide a verification or assessment of what has been carried out?  This could be the owner of the form?
