MS Forms

Dear Community,

We've published a form on our internal SharePoint by publishing a link. The user is now able to fill in the form once (even though settings are correctly set that uses is allowed to fill in form multiple times).

Problem statement: Once user filled in the form -> results are published -> user is not able to fill in the form for a second time but will automatically show the results/outcome of the 1st attempt? 

Can someone please help how to resolve?
