MS Forms Pro: Record the name and email of the respondent when sending the survey using the link

Microsoft Forms Pro:When I sent the survey by link, all respondents were recorded as "Anonymous". So, is there a way for the system to automatically recognize the respondent's name and email if the survey form requires a name and email?
