MS Forms corrupts the answer text so there are no spaces between words.
The answers look fine in the edit question but when I preview or share to responders they are in a single text string like below.

I cannot reproduce the issue with my own quiz. Is this a persistent issue in all of your quizzes or forms? Can you try using different words? If possible, could you paste your words in the reply? DavidLawman what was your solution to the issue? I am experiencing the same exact issue now. It has been fine all month since I created. I went in and attempted to view the questions to give partial credit for answers. After selecting the answer options and returning my answers now look like yours; no spaces and appearing to be a different font.
leahgilbert I had no luck with any searches or solutions. If no one was taken the quiz, I recommend recreating the quiz. I know my issue occurred because I went back to edit the quiz after I had already had answers submitted. There is definitely a bug here.
