anna195 the "limit" is 60 options in a choice question before you get that message. But you should still be able to enter more options and save the form.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, it doesn't save for me. When I try to add the 257th option, it brings up the message and won't save.
Do you have any suggestions for how to make this work please?
