MS Forms - Allowing Multiple Responses per Participant

I have tried to change the settings, so course members have multiple attempts to complete the same quiz in the "Who can fill out this form"-section. However, the check mark at "one response per person" cannot be removed. Why can't I change this setting? Does it have to do with other settings or is it just a random bug?
