What does the setting pane show via "..." on top right --> Settings --> "Who can fill out this form"?

    Hello,
    Is show "everyone can answer" (first choice of the list not sure of the exact traduction in English).
    And it was working well until this friday, since then no one can accès it (We did not made any change regarding the parameters).
