Moved Form to Team but new responses not syncing to Excel doc

Hello, hoping for some help please.

I created an MS Form from Excel Online which was working well - all new responses to the form automatically populated in the Excel doc.

Then I moved the Form from my OneDrive to a Teams site in Sharepoint and now the Form is no longer synced to my Excel workbook. 

Does anyone know how I can resync this please?
