Missing responses after editing survey
I made changes to the survey questions in my MS Form and this has caused me to lose all previously submitted responses to the deleted questions. Is there a way to recover this data?

This is one of the reasons that at my company we always stress to form owners that they should build a flow in Power Automate that saves each response as it comes in into a SharePoint list. And we teach them how to do it if necessary which increases their skills as well as being best practice.

Principal Consultant, Power Platform, WSP Global (and classic 1967 Morris Traveller driver)Unfortunately that once you delete a question from a Microsoft Form, all associated responses are permanently removed and cannot be recovered through the Forms interface.
