Missing response data when I changed question options accidently deleted option
I created a survey using Microsoft forms I had approx 400 responses. I changed the option names and accidentally deleted one of the options as a result a lot of response data is missing with some questions completely blank for some users. Is there a way to restore the response or revert back to an older version of the survey?

Ninalehan2 Microsoft might be able to do it if you raise a support ticket with them, but apart from that there is no way to restore a previous version of a form -there is no versioning in Forms - or get the missing answers back. It's one of the reasons we always use a flow in Power Automate to save every response to a list in SharePoint.
