Missing response data when delete the questions
I created a form on web site i got the 178 response, but when i deleted the questions found i missing all of 178 response, is possible to get those answerback? really appreciate! Frank Yan Can you h...
filiperibeiro if you look through this forum you'll see so many examples where deleting questions also deletes the responses for those questions. You will need to raise a ticket with Microsoft to get those responses restored. In my company we always, always, always use a flow in Power Automate to save form responses into a list in SharePoint, and we make this mandatory - a Microsoft Forms form will not be allowed to go live without this. The reason is that the responses are therefore always retained and never deleted whatever happens to the form. More people need to learn some Power Automate basics and take the same approach.
