Missing response data when delete the questions
I created a forms on web site with 10 questions and i got the 100 response, but when i update question to deleted those 10 questions and add new 5 questions ( within 1 form file), i found i missing a...

I have a similar issue. My responses are lost. I did download the excel before they got deleted but they are not showing up on the excel either. Could you please help with this?- I created a survey using Microsoft forms I had approx 400 responses. I changed the option names and accidentally deleted one of the options as a result a lot of response data is missing with some questions completely blank for some users. Is there a way to restore the response or revert back to an older version of the survey?
