Missing entries in Excel linked to MS Form - critical data

I have an MS Form linked to an excel file in the cloud, linked to an MS group.  The MS excel file is missing several entries from the MS form, which you can see when you view the form entries in the browser.  This is a huge reliability issue.  Can you please help me to resolve?

I've done a cross comparison copying the record set from the form webpage and comparing to the excel database to see the gaps.
