Missing answers in Microsoft Forms

Hi,

I've noticed that my Microsoft Forms form displays in some places 2 answers and in others 4 answers. Unfortunately exported excel, "View Answers" displays only 2 answers but the section with newest answers says about 4 answers....

It's looks pretty scary if Microsoft Forms lost some of my answers and it may has impact on total trust toward the platform.
