Mircosoft forms email
Hi - I have set up an internal reporting system using microsoft forms - all works well - have built power automate to direct reports to the right teams. The only thing I can't figure out is why each report comes with my email rather than the email of the reporter? I know the answer must be simple as it is forms - but I can't work it out. Any ideas? If you are using the send an email (v2) action in your flow the email will always come from you as the creator of the flow. If you don't want this you could create a shared mailbox so the email comes from the name of that shared mailbox. That's what we do at my company. Or you could create a service account to build your flows.
