Mileage Reimbursement Form

I am creating a form for users to enter information for mileage reimbursement per trip.  I have a Choise Yes/No question at the end where if the user selects Yes, they are asked the same questions again.  That didn't work so I created a section with the same questions with another Choice Yes/No at the end so that a Yes would go back to Section 1 or No to end the form.  But all I get is the submit button.  Is there a way to keep the form going for each time a Yes is selected without having to create sections since this could have 30 sections if they file every day for a month.
