Microsoft teams edu

Hello. I work in a public school in South Australia. We are currently using Microsoft Teams, but it seems quite a few areas are locked saying things like 'Sorry, you do not have access to Forms. Please contact your IT admin for access' for the chat and creating a quiz functions. My school principal and IT support is not sure who the 'admin' is, as we are run by the department of Education. Is there a way to find out who the admin is to enable chat and quizzes?
