how do I add up a lookup field using Microsoft forms?

I will be surprised if lookups are implemented anytime soon because of the way Forms already handles its Choice questions. I found that if you change one of your options for a Choice field, it changes every answer from what the old choice was to the new choice. I would fear how Lookups would operate unless that fundamental issue is fixed first, as Lookup lists can change as well.
