Microsoft Forms

Trying to insert a form into an excel online document and it continues to say sorry something went wrong after attempting to save. Opening forms in its own application seems to work just fine. I went through azure to check that collabDBservice was set to yes and it is. Just wondering if there is anything else I can try.
