Microsoft Forms Surveys

Hi all, 

 

Does anyone know how to attribute a unique reference number to each survey? In essence, I would like each respondent to my survey to be issued with a reference number so that they can withdraw the data at anytime. The surveys will be comp

    Jamie_H4759 you can only do this after they have submitted their response. You will need a flow in Power Automate to grab the response, create an item in a SharePoint list and then send a "thank you" email back to the user (so you will need a question for their email address) with the ID number of the item in the list.
