Microsoft forms stuck on loading screen and not opening

I am trying to open forms through the Windows Teams app but it says the form is loading and it does not open after and is stuck there. I have tried to open it on mobile app, the website and on multiple devices. Can anyone help me? it is urgent as I need to appear for a quiz tomorrow
