Microsoft Forms "Sorry Something Went Wrong"

I am trying to access the responses to my Microsoft forms and I am receiving a message that says "Sorry, something went wrong."  Under technical details, the following information is provided "Session id: 87836b0b-3e8d-4257-880a-72f744e7212a, Correlation id: 38bdcbf6-c9e8-4c92-a162-f9c502151d44".

A quick response to this would be greatly appreciated!
