Microsoft Forms Site doesn't load properly...gets stuck in a loop

After entering my login details, it partially loads the Forms (Forms Pro) page but then gets stuck in a loop and I never get to be able to use it. It was doing this a few days ago then was fixed but the issue has come back again.

    DavidC55 Same problem.

    Only old Internet Explorer seems to help when I have this problem

      which now is no longer supported so i'm still facing this issue
      it's also based on the tennant, i'm only facing this on the tennant of a customer
