Microsoft Forms Pro not opening now and earlier response not exporting

Hi 

I have set the closing of form to a specified date and time. Since then its not showing up export all button.

Now after removing that clause , its showing technical issue and not able to open the form page itself

Can someone let me know how to export my responses in forms pro.
